Welcome to Hoopsie. By accessing or using our website (www.hoopsie.in), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Use of Website

  • Customers can browse the website without logging in.
  • An account is required to place orders.
  • Minors: Minors may place orders using this website. However, the responsibility of parental consent lies solely with the parents/guardians. Hoopsie will not cancel any order placed by a minor without parental consent. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to monitor their child’s online activity.

3. Orders and Payments

  • We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay (debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee of ₹20.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Order Cancellations & Changes
  • Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours (for changes such as phone number, name, or address).
  • To request cancellation or changes, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email within the 12-hour window.
  • After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, ₹100 will be deducted as return delivery charges from the total paid amount, and the balance will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 business days within India.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier partner delays.
  • Hoopsie is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges by choice.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email (hello@hoopsie.in) or WhatsApp (+91 9773881937) with clear images of:
    • The damaged product,
    • The Hoopsie brand box.
  • The product tag must remain intact. Products without the original tag are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Once the report is reviewed, we will respond within 6–8 working hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM) and provide an option for return or replacement.

6. Product Information & Warranty

  • Product images are for reference; colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
  • All jewelry pieces are carefully made, but no warranty is provided on stones, pearls, or embellishments. Hoopsie is not responsible if stones/pearls fall off after use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including the Hoopsie brand name, logo, images, designs, and written content, are the property of House of Hoopsie.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We collect customer information (name, contact details, address, payment info) for order processing, marketing, and service improvements.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Hoopsie is not responsible for:
    • Allergic reactions caused by jewelry materials.
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
    • Indirect losses or delays caused by courier partners.

  • If an order is not accepted by the customer, a deduction of ₹100 delivery return charge will apply.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
