Yes, we offer COD across India

For prepaid orders, you can pay via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • However, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

Yes, Hoopsie delivers pan-India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes. Clear images/videos of the damaged jewelry along with the Hoopsie box are mandatory.

If the tag is removed, broken, or tampered, the jewelry will be considered used, and your complaint will not be accepted.

1. How should I take care of my Hoopsie jewelry?

After wearing, gently clean your jewelry with a soft dry cloth and store it in the cotton drawstring pouch provided with every order.

Yes. Every order comes with a breathable, cotton jewelry pouch that is travel-friendly and protects your jewelry from scratches and tarnish.

We recommend storing it in the cotton pouch to avoid scratches and dullness.

  • Wipe with a dry cloth every 2–3 days.
  • Deep clean with mild soap and clean drinking water every 15–30 days.
  • Always dry immediately after cleaning. Avoid using tap water with harsh chemicals.

Rub mild soap in your hands to form lather, gently clean your jewelry, rinse with clean drinking water, and dry instantly with a soft cloth before storing it.
