Shipping, Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Hoopsie, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, payments, and cancellations.
1. Shipping Policy
- Delivery Locations: We currently ship only within India.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of ₹500 and above.
- Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
- Cash on Delivery Orders Below ₹500: Shipping fee of ₹50 + COD charge of ₹50 will apply.
- Courier Delays: Hoopsie is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments are processed via Razorpay, which offers multiple options including:
- UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

- Refunds: All refunds, whether due to order cancellation or damaged product returns, are made to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation & Order Modifications
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 9773881937) or hello@hoopsie.in.
- Order Modifications: Within the same 12-hour window, you can request changes to:
- Name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
- Note: The items in the order cannot be modified. If you wish to change the items, the order must be cancelled and placed again.
- Name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a parcel is refused at delivery, ₹100 will be deducted as a delivery/return charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
