Welcome to Hoopsie. By accessing or using our website (www.hoopsie.in), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Use of Website

  • Customers can browse the website without logging in.
  • An account is required to place orders.
    Minors
    • Minors may place orders using this website
    • Parental/guardian consent is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

    Normal cancellation/modification policies apply (12-hour window after order placement).

3. Orders and Payments

  • All payments are processed via Razorpay, including: UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Express Shipping: ₹50 extra; delivery within 1–5 business days.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
 
Order Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
  • Changes allowed: name, phone number, email address, and shipping address only.
  • Items in the order cannot be modified; to change items, the order must be cancelled and placed again.
 
Refusal of Delivery

Customers are not allowed to refuse the parcel upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Locations: India only
  • Normal Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days (₹50 extra)
  • Shipping delays may occur due to courier partners, weather, weekends, or festivals; Hoopsie is not liable for such delays.
  • Customers will receive Order IDs for order tracking

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for:

    • Damaged products
    • Wrong product received
    • Manufacturing defects

 

  • Complaint Timeline: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email (hello@hoopsie.in) or WhatsApp (+91 9773881937) with:

    • Clear image of the damaged/wrong product
    • Photo of Hoopsie packaging/box
    • Product tag intact
    • Free cotton bag received
  • Resolution Timeline: Hoopsie will respond within 6–8 working hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM).
  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed after a quality check, initiated within 24–48 business hours, and credited to the original payment method only.
  • Customers cannot refuse the parcel upon delivery.

6. Product Information & Warranty

  • Product images are for reference; actual colors may vary slightly due to photography or screen settings.
  • All jewelry pieces are carefully made, but no warranty is provided for stones, pearls, or embellishments.
  • Hoopsie is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by jewelry materials.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including the Hoopsie brand name, logo, images, designs, and written content, are the property of House of Hoopsie.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Hoopsie is not responsible for:
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
    • Indirect losses or delays caused by courier partners.
    • Any product misuse by the customer.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
