Shipping, Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Hoopsie, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, payments, and cancellations.

1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations: We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Normal Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (₹50 extra): 1–5 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Normal Shipping: FREE
  • Express Shipping: ₹50 extra

Parcel Refusal:

  • Once an order is shipped, customers cannot refuse the parcel upon delivery.

Courier Delays:

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to weekends, festivals, weather conditions, or courier partner delays.
  • Hoopsie is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Tracking:

  • Customers will receive an Order ID to track the order.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments are processed via Razorpay, which offers multiple options including:
    • UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only, whether due to:
    • Order cancellations within the allowed window
    • Returns/exchanges of eligible damaged or wrong products

3. Cancellation & Order Modifications

Cancellation Window:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Order Modifications:

  • Within the same 12-hour window, you can request changes to:
    • Name, phone number, email address, or shipping address
  • Order items cannot be modified. To change items, the order must be cancelled and placed again

After 12 Hours:

  • Cancellation or modification requests cannot be accepted
